Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Experience Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Advocate on behalf of Customers in all engagements with the company's business teams
- Deliver product/program quality improvements based on Customer feedback & core Customer Service performance measurements
- Drive people, process, and technology initiatives to optimize the customer experience end-to-end
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years of experience leading large complex programs
- 2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with product management, product development, and operational support teams
