Job Summary

An IT consulting company is seeking a Remote Customer Experience Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Clearing requirements with our stakeholders, and coordinating with implementation teams
  • Predicting risk factors and eliminate risks for the successful completion of the project
  • Being responsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience in successfully implementing Finance related systems and integrations
  • 4 year Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience with and knowledge of Enterprise Business Systems
  • Knowledge of Windows-based hardware and software applications required
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills required
  • Excellent SJI relations and customer services skills required
