Job Summary

A telecommunications company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Experience Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serve as an information resource for billing, programming, and troubleshooting questions
  • Communicate the value of our products and share ways for customers to get the most from our company
  • Conduct back-to-back phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to navigate company communications and programs
  • Ability to work and remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift
  • Superb attendance
  • Flexibility to work hours that mirror our customers’ needs
  • Ability to multi-task; speaking with customers while logging information and navigating multiple programs
  • Tech savviness with the ability to smoothly operate Windows OS desktop computer
