Job Summary
A telecommunications company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Experience Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serve as an information resource for billing, programming, and troubleshooting questions
- Communicate the value of our products and share ways for customers to get the most from our company
- Conduct back-to-back phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift
