Job Summary
A telecommunications company is in need of a Remote Customer Experience Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as an information resource for billing, programming, and troubleshooting questions
- Communicate the value of our products and share ways for customers to get the most from our company
- Conduct back-to-back phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift

- Ability to navigate company communications and programs
- Ability to work and remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift
