Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Customer Experience Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Demonstrating empathy and excellent listening skills
  • Maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in both verbal and textual communications
  • Embracing performance-based targets and call monitoring/recording

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
