Job Summary

A community development technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Experience Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Using critical thinking & decision-making skills to handle back-to-back interactions in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Fostering customer success by efficiently resolving customer inquiries and complaints
  • Demonstrating empathy and excellent listening skills

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Maintain attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks
  • Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work from a seated position at a desk and talk on the phone for 8 hours a day
  • A strong work ethic and reliability with professionalism and poise
