Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Experience Senior Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Coordinating responses to regulatory filings, exams, and inquiries as they related to customer complaints
  • Providing real-time compliance guidance to unique customer disputes and inquiries
  • Investigating and resolving complaints received stemming from banking product.

Required Skills:

  • 3 years of relevant work experience that includes compliance exposure to retail broker-dealer operations, etc
  • Familiarity with relevant portions of key investment adviser and broker-dealer laws and regulations
  • The ability to be open to change in response to new information and craft customer-centric responses
  • Exemplary attention to detail, exceptional analytical skills, and strong judgment skills
  • Active FINRA Series 7 license
