Job Summary
A web hosting company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Experience Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering and aligning with Product teams on CX improvements
- Running a bi-weekly meeting with senior leaders across our key customer pillars
- Partnering with Pricing team to understand key customer events such as price increases
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to run large meetings, and stay organized
- 8-10 years of experience in tech enabled consumer products, consulting, or CPG
- Proficiency in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions within imperfect or incomplete information environments
- Ability to partner across wide variety of stakeholders
- Passion for customers and delivering amazing customer experiences
