Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Experience Specialist - Work from Home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via telephone and/or Internet for inquiries and support issues
  • Process a high volume of customer inquiries and resolve basic support issues, escalating complex problems as needed
  • Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring accurate customer information and follow-up on escalated issues
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • Over 18 years of age
