Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via telephone and/or Internet for inquiries and support issues
- Process a high volume of customer inquiries and resolve basic support issues, escalating complex problems as needed
- Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring accurate customer information and follow-up on escalated issues
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- High School Graduate or GED
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Over 18 years of age
