Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to customers, the full-time Remote Customer Experience Specialist will assist with reservations, resolve inquiries, and deliver personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction in the OKC area.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist customers with new and existing reservations through phone and email support
  • Research and resolve reservation, billing, and service-related inquiries
  • Provide white-glove service to corporate, VIP, and high-value customers
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of call center type customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Previous work-from-home experience preferred
