A pregnancy gift company is in need of a Remote Customer Experience Specialist in Peoria.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing exceptional customer care in an expedient manner that satisfies individual needs of each customer
- Answering incoming calls, emails and chats
- Understanding and promoting Bump Boxes products, culture and values
