Job Summary

A blanket manufacturing company is in need of a Remote Customer Experience Specialist in Portland.

Must be able to:

  • Handle incoming customer questions, concerns, exchanges/returns, feedback etc. via email
  • Interface with warehouse to ensure that they have all the information they need in order to complete orders on time and accurately
  • Assist the warehouse in whatever customer needs arise

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years experience in customer-facing or customer service role
  • Experience in leadership or management roles
  • NetSuite and/or Shopify experience
  • Gorgias or similar customer support helpdesk
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • A self-starter and problem solver with exceptional execution and follow through
