A technology solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Experience Strategist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Partnering with key collaborators in developing and supporting strategic priorities
• Influencing cross-functional collaborators by providing transparency on the customer experience strategy
• Collaborating with CX colleagues and cross-functional teams to substantiate recommendations

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 8+ years of work experience in customer experience, qualitative and quantitative research
• Possess tight-knit collaboration and social skills
• Expertise in process and customer experience design
• Proficient in interpreting and demonstrating data and insights to support customer experience outcomes and metrics
• BA required
• Prior experience with B2B, SaaS, and/or technology products required
