Job Summary

An educational company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Customer Experience Strategy and Operations Data Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of data to identify relationships,
  • Develop new metrics and reporting (dashboards) that provide enhanced visibility
  • Serve as a critical input into future state analytics platforms

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated ability and experience in advanced data analysis
  • Experience of problem solving using data, and data tools including visualization and reporting tools
  • Have advanced skillset using Excel for business and financial modeling
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Sales Infrastructure, such as Salesforce.com and Renewals
  • Solid understanding of SaaS and/or Enterprise Sales business model
