Job Summary
An educational company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Customer Experience Strategy and Operations Data Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of data to identify relationships,
- Develop new metrics and reporting (dashboards) that provide enhanced visibility
- Serve as a critical input into future state analytics platforms
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of demonstrated ability and experience in advanced data analysis
- Experience of problem solving using data, and data tools including visualization and reporting tools
- Have advanced skillset using Excel for business and financial modeling
- Familiarity with Enterprise Sales Infrastructure, such as Salesforce.com and Renewals
- Solid understanding of SaaS and/or Enterprise Sales business model
