Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Supervisor of Customer Experience Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Customer Experience Specialists to ensure compassionate service delivery
- Monitor team performance and drive accountability for first call resolution and member satisfaction
- Oversee operational workflow and support continuous improvement initiatives within the team
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in healthcare, insurance, or Medicare Advantage
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a contact center or member services environment
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage and related regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and contact center technologies
