Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Supervisor of Customer Experience Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Experience Specialists to ensure compassionate service delivery
  • Monitor team performance and drive accountability for first call resolution and member satisfaction
  • Oversee operational workflow and support continuous improvement initiatives within the team
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in healthcare, insurance, or Medicare Advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a contact center or member services environment
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage and related regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and contact center technologies
