Job Summary
A business process outsourcing firm is in need of a Remote Customer Experience Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage performance appraisals and pay reviews for team members
- Supervises daily tasks of the business, technical support and production teams

- Comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts
- Ability to coordinate team efforts to achieve overall company and client goals
- Able to provide supervision including coaching and quality checks to support associate progress
