Job Summary
A financial services and products company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Experience Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Perform and deliver on diverse assignments and projects for the Plan Participant Customer Experience Strategy team
- Support cross-departmental projects progress and success through communication
- Conduct basic competitive intelligence and market research
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 1 - 3+ Years’ experience in project management and/or marketing
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret both internal and external documents
- Apply concepts such as probability, statistics, modeling, percentages, ratios, and proportions
- Evaluate trends in data or information
- All other requirements necessary for this position
