Job Summary
A media technology company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Experience Technical Repair Representative in Tupelo.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Accurately and confidently handle various types of customer inquiries
- Provid end-to-end support for our customers/communities
- Follow established troubleshooting procedures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Interacts with customers via telephone, e-mail, SMS or face-to-face to assist with a variety of customer inquiries
- High School or Equivalent
- Generally requires 0-2 years related experience
