Job Summary
A multinational insurance and banking firm has an open position for a Remote Customer Experience Technology Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Taking a creative approach to business process design, optimizing existing processes and tools while designing and implementing new solutions across the client life-cycle
- Taking a test and learn approach to implementation and requirements analysis, relentlessly sourcing feedback from end users and translate ongoing feedback into technical requirements
- Utilizing prototyping tools, demos, wireframes, current and future state process flows to story tell and source input from end users and stakeholders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Background in CX, IT or Operations experience
- Basic understanding of requirements analysis with working knowledge of technical writing / documentation
- Extensive experience with business process design, process mapping, flowcharting
- Extensive experience in agile project management, orchestrate or program management skills with ability to oversee and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Extensive experience with decision making and critical thinking, regardless of span of scope /size / impact of decision authority
- Expertise in data gathering and analysis Ability to adopt Agile mindset and behaviors
