Job Summary

A retail company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Experience Training Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Guiding the design, revisions, and implementation of all internal training programs
  • Overseeing training for new hires and temporary employees
  • Maintaining and updating the team's training handbook

Qualifications Include:

  • Proven record of success and learner engagement in both ILT and virtual environments
  • Robust knowledge of adult learning theory including, but not limited to Kirkpatrick ALT
  • Experience working with Customer Service teams
  • Proficiency for creating workflow structures and processes
  • Strong desire to learn, refine, and improve instructional design techniques
