A software development firm is filling a position for a Remote Customer Happiness and Insurance Billing Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Assisting in on-boarding, educating, and supporting our customers
- Managing relationships and communications with customers
