Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote Customer Implementation Manager in Boston.

Must be able to:

• Directly support and operate clients’ programs
• Manage clients’ businesses to Key Performance Indicators established by their leadership
• Act as a primary point of contact for driving customer success

Qualifications Include:

• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent planning and organizational skills
• At least 1-2 years of previous experience in information security, either as a practitioner or consultant
• Compassionate problem solver attitude, attention to detail
• Strong passion for user experience and customer satisfaction
• Experience in project management with a proven track record of managing multiple projects to completion
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve customer issues independently
