A business services provider has a current position open for a Remote Customer Insights Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and identifying opportunities
- Conducting planning, data collection, data cleansing and data linkage
- Reviewing and documenting current processes as part of gap or root cause analysis
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel periodically.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university
- Three to five years related experience
- Experience with statistical concepts and applications
- Experience using speech analytics technology as a tool to derive customer insights
- Must have proficiency with contemporary analytic technologies
