Job Summary

A business services provider has a current position open for a Remote Customer Insights Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and identifying opportunities
  • Conducting planning, data collection, data cleansing and data linkage
  • Reviewing and documenting current processes as part of gap or root cause analysis

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel periodically.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university
  • Three to five years related experience
  • Experience with statistical concepts and applications
  • Experience using speech analytics technology as a tool to derive customer insights
  • Must have proficiency with contemporary analytic technologies
