Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Insights and Analytics Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing and growing a team of high-performing analysts
  • Identifying opportunities for enhancing the value story
  • Developing content for and participating in reporting meetings

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 6-8 years of experience
  • Experience leading teams of 4-8 junior staff
  • Experience with developing thoughtful analyses and business insights
  • Prior consulting experience and/or a track record of facilitating strategic decisions
  • Proficiency in Excel, GSuite, and SQL
  • Experience with at least one statistical programming language or package
