Job Summary

An educational services provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Insights Data Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Draw together key consumer insights to drive business decisions and strategy
  • Create and execute ad hoc research requests
  • Analyze survey/experiment results using Excel/R and create presentations using PowerPoint/Google slides

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor Degree with a focus in Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics, or equivalent technical fields
  • 1-3 years' research/data analysis experience
  • SQL, R/Python, Microsoft Office
  • Survey/Experiment Design, Data Visualization
  • Analytical, Highly motivated, Solution-oriented, Empathetic
