Job Summary
An internet services company has an open position for a Remote Customer Insights Lead Analyst in Nashville.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure data is accurate by auditing, investigating, and driving improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize NPS, CSAT, and other feedback programs
- Ensure data is actionable by participating in a variety of strategic discussions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in quantitative/research field or equivalent practical experience
- Statistical software (e.g., R, Python, STATA, SAS, SPSS)Data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL) experience
- 4+ years of experience as an analyst of customer behavior and experience data
- Web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) experience
- Proven track record working with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in data analysis with a particular focus on statistical principles including correlation, cluster, factor, and regression analysis
