Job Summary
A transportation technology solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Insights Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and implement research studies (both Qual and Quan) to achieve the pre-determined objective
- Collaborate across departments and teams to advocate for our customers' needs
- Create customer feedback reports with clear actionable insights for product owners, product marketing, etc
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2 - 4 years of experience with a broad range of traditional and emerging qualitative and quantitative research techniques
- Advanced office knowledge of Excel, DOMO, Outlook, and PowerPoint would be helpful
- Research knowledge: comprehensive understanding of primary research techniques and methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)
- Ability to analyze findings to identify trends, opportunities, and validate hypothesis
