Remote Customer Intelligence Data Scientist on Columbus

Job Summary

A cloud infrastructure company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Intelligence Data Scientist on Columbus.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Measuring and reporting on the impact and effectiveness of adoption and consumption campaigns leading to higher retention and customer growth
• Designing and creating models and algorithms to measure the customer experience
• Measuring and reporting on the impact and effectiveness of all phases of the customer journey

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of experience in extracting, cleansing and working with structured and unstructured data sets
• 6+ years of experience in solving complex business problems
• 5+ years of experience working in agile environments with versioned or iterate development
• Comfortable working in a dynamically and changing environment
• Advanced Python/R knowledge and hands on statistical programming
• Comfortable working with loosely defined requirements where you exercise your creativity and analytical skills to deliver best in class solutions
