Job Summary

An e-learning company has an open position for a Remote Customer Learning and Enablement Instructional Designer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assess all Sales team eLearning and current curriculum
• Design and develop customized, interactive online training courses
• Build comprehensive and engaging customer facing learning content

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of design and development experience
• Experience in educational publishing, sales enablement, adult learning, and/or professional development
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and how programs are constructed for this audience
• Able to identify skill gaps and formulate learning objectives
• Able to work cross-functionally
• Proficient in elearning tools including Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise 360
