Job Summary

An e-learning company has an open position for a Remote Customer Learning and Enablement Instructional Designer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Assess all Sales team eLearning and current curriculum
Design and develop customized, interactive online training courses
Build comprehensive and engaging customer facing learning content

Required Skills:

5+ years of design and development experience
Experience in educational publishing, sales enablement, adult learning, and/or professional development
Knowledge of adult learning theory and how programs are constructed for this audience
Able to identify skill gaps and formulate learning objectives
Able to work cross-functionally
Proficient in elearning tools including Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise 360
