Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Analytical and data driven with demonstrated ability to understand key performance drivers
- 7-10 years relevant marketing experience (retention, engagement, loyalty)
- Multiple years of experience in people management and leading high performance teams
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
- Must love mentoring and guiding others
