Job Summary

An engagement app provider is seeking a Remote Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Use various marketing channels (email, Slack in-app messaging, website, chat) to increase activation
  • Capture and interpret key intent signals from various channels to support customer insights
  • Design and run experiments to test and improve conversion and other key performance indicators

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience implementing customer marketing programs to improve conversion at every step of the funnel
  • Experienced in B2B SaaS products, preferably in a self-service/freemium model
  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms, particularly Hubspot and Intercom
  • Very comfortable working with data, a power user of Excel, and proficient in using BI tools like Looker or Amplitude
  • Skilled and demonstrable experience bringing new ideas to life
  • A “make it happen” attitude and the ability to “make it real” while meeting a high bar
