Job Summary
A brand marketing firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and driving the testing to improve every customer touchpoint to drive lifetime value and profit
- Partnering with data and analytics to identify leading drivers for retention to build and implement appropriate programs
- Creating, executing, and continually optimizing a data-informed testing plan
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree
- CRM, subscription or loyalty program experience
- 3+ year of online marketing experience heavily focused on customer retention
- Expertise in quantitative and qualitative customer research
