Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Loyalty Project Manager.
Must be able to:
- Build and deliver pilot use cases, identify use case prioritization
- Scope and build end customer "data for value exchange" proposition
- Support and build the value and metrics for customer engagement and loyalty
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to work onsite in Lincolnshire, Illinois when required
- Strong expertise in customer experience and digital marketing
- Ability to support a range of hours
- Strong team working and communication skills
- Good ability to manage responsible use of data exchange with customers
- Work closely with a team spanning the US and UK
