Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Marketing Content Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop and manage customer enablement content roadmap
• Lead A/B testing to better understand what multi-channel content forms drive specific behaviors

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 2+ years customer success, content development or marketing experience
• 6+ years general work experience within a B2B, SaaS environment
• Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels
