Job Summary

A customer success company has an open position for a Remote Customer Marketing Director.

Must be able to:

  • Build and lead global customer advocacy team
  • Tell compelling stories through our customers experiences
  • Manage high-touch relationships with strategic customer executives

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience building and leading a customer advocacy program
  • 10+ years of experience in the information technology, ideally SaaS
  • Track record of working effectively with customer and internal c-level executives
