A customer success company has an open position for a Remote Customer Marketing Director.

- Build and lead global customer advocacy team
- Tell compelling stories through our customers experiences
- Manage high-touch relationships with strategic customer executives
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience building and leading a customer advocacy program
- 10+ years of experience in the information technology, ideally SaaS
- Track record of working effectively with customer and internal c-level executives
