Job Summary
A software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Marketing Program Manager in Richmond.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating thoughtful customer marketing programs around M&A activity focused on cross-sell and up-sell that help customers leverage new solutions
- Coordinating closely with newly acquired companies to understand their messaging, personas and key value propositions
- Collaborating with Product Management and Product Marketing to create a wholistic story of how new solutions impact the brand and how it can benefit our existing customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- College degree in Marketing, Communications, Writing, Business or related field
- 3+ year’s experience at a high growth B2B SaaS / software company
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience with persona development
- Experience generating email campaigns using a CRM software including A/B testing
- Knowledge of industry software including Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Marketing automation tools
