Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Marketing Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in reinventing our customer marketing strategy and support the day-to-day operations and programs
- Working with marketing, customer success, sales, services and support to identify retention and engagement opportunities within the customer base
- Developing and leading a set of activities to drive retention, loyalty, advocacy, growth and community participation with current customer base
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years experience in a customer marketing role in an Enterprise software environment
- Understanding of best practices in customer marketing
- Willingness to learn and work in a growing customer marketing team
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Energy and passion for teamwork and collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented and strong ability to prioritize and multitask
