Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Marketing Senior Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Participate in reinventing our customer marketing strategy and support the operations and programs
- Identify retention and engagement opportunities within the customer base
- Develop a set of activities to drive retention, loyalty, advocacy, growth and community participation
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years experience in a customer marketing role in an Enterprise software environment
- Understanding of best practices in customer marketing
- Willingness to learn and work in a growing customer marketing team
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills to maintain strong relationships
- Energy and passion for teamwork and collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented and strong ability to prioritize and multitask
