A fintech company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Onboarding Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing input into new procedures and processes and help improve the client experience
- Processing new account documentation
- Enforcing documentation requirements to meet industry standards
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must possess the ability to adapt to a changing business and regulatory environment
- 3 + year of brokerage operations experience
- Ability to work effectively and supportively within a team environment and the ability to work independently
