Job Summary
A software and web design company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Onboarding Implementation Specialist in Santa Monica.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with Sales, Design, Customer Success, Support & Product teams to ensure world-class onboarding experience for the customer
- Work with major existing brands to keep their apps up to date, and their latest changes are being applied
- Provide proactive timelines while communicating any potential update hiccups early on
Position Requirements Include:
- 1-2 years in an Implementation, Quality Assurance (QA), technical support, sales, or client-facing role
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, showing your ability to push a project to completion
- A passion for e-commerce and a desire to share our vision and enthusiasm with customers
- Ability to flourish in a high growth tech environment where change is constant
- Experience using Salesforce
