Job Summary

A software and web design company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Onboarding Implementation Specialist in Santa Monica.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Work with Sales, Design, Customer Success, Support & Product teams to ensure world-class onboarding experience for the customer
  • Work with major existing brands to keep their apps up to date, and their latest changes are being applied
  • Provide proactive timelines while communicating any potential update hiccups early on

Position Requirements Include:

  • 1-2 years in an Implementation, Quality Assurance (QA), technical support, sales, or client-facing role
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, showing your ability to push a project to completion
  • A passion for e-commerce and a desire to share our vision and enthusiasm with customers
  • Ability to flourish in a high growth tech environment where change is constant
  • Experience using Salesforce
