Job Summary

A financial services company is seeking a Remote Customer Onboarding Specialist I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Gathering information from the customer, Producer, and Sales Representative after the sale has been finalized
  • Submitting the group information to Policyholder Services teams while ensuring that the material correctly represents customer intent
  • Managing the new group through the drafting of contracts and initial bills while responding to customer questions

Qualifications Include:

  • Direct customer-facing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (phone & email)
  • Experience working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with identifying issues and problem resolution.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with demanding time constraints
  • Knowledge of billing/reporting setup, contract/document issue, billing, and specialized administrative activities
