An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Onboarding Specialist I.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Gathering information from the customer, Producer, and Sales Representative
  • Educating the customer
  • Submitting group information to Policyholder Services

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Strong command of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel is required
  • Direct customer-facing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (phone and email)
  • Experience working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
