Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Onboarding Specialist I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Gathering information from the customer, Producer, and Sales Representative
- Educating the customer
- Submitting group information to Policyholder Services
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Strong command of Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel is required
- Direct customer-facing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (phone and email)
- Experience working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with identifying issues and problem resolution
