Job Summary
An information technology and services company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Onboarding Specialist Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Hiring, training and developing our team of Customer Onboarding Specialists
- Creating and improving sales, onboarding, success and support training materials
- Coaching the team to achieve their goals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3 years of experience managing teams and 8 years of overall experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Inside Sales
- A track record of managing and developing high-performing, inclusive, and mission-driven teams
- Deeply understand how customers think. You can accurately predict how changes will make them feel
- Comfortable and confident sharing your thoughts in person or in writing
- Have fantastic organization and time-management skills
