Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Onboardings Intern.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Helping out with the analysis of customer metrics indispensable for driving change in our customers' organizations
  • Supporting the onboarding process end to end, as well as trainings for our customers' teams
  • Gaining insight into one of the most innovative products in retail tech

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Have strong communication skills that enable you to interact with people from different backgrounds
  • Graduating in engineering, business, or a relevant STEM field
  • Must have the ability to work through University Convenio and ideally be able to work full-time once internship finishes
  • Personally, you are self-organized and able to juggle multiple priorities at the same time
  • Have strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • MS Excel user, and are interested in learning more
