Job Summary
An eLearning and performance support services company is seeking a Remote Customer Operations Data Analyst .
Must be able to:
- Ensure data generated is accurate thus maintaining a high level of data integrity
- Use data to understand operational deficiencies and recommend new processes and procedures to increase ability to scale
- Ensure all processes are well documented, organized and regularly maintained in internal knowledge base
Qualifications for this position include:
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in an emerging and rapidly changing environment
