Job Summary
A homemade food marketplace has a current position open for a Remote Customer Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing input that will allow the team to make data-driven, strategic decisions
- Constantly analyzing ongoing efforts in order to detect areas of improvement
- Building and rolling out processes designed to support the management of a rapidly growing network of customer experience agents
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields
- 3+ years of experience in Operations / Consulting / Data Analytics / Strategy
- Analytical skills
- Solid existing Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
