A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Operations Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning, leading, and organizing the execution of the Customer Experience programs
  • Designing & building program strategy based on vision & benefits, identifying dependencies & preventing roadblocks to ensure delivery
  • Identifying gaps in customer retention strategies and providing strategic leadership to deliver on process improvements

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • 6+ years program or project management experience
  • Experience in providing strategic leadership for process improvements and innovation across programs
