Job Summary
A supplier of telecommunication software, equipment, and services. is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Order Fulfillment Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify and drive process improvements sought at improving delivery performance
- Handle customer escalations for faster resolution and isolate systemic issues requiring change
- Build strong internal/external relationships, lead and influence in the organization
Qualifications Include:
- University/College Degree
- A seasoned experienced professional
- Min. 6 years of Supply Chain Experience
- Order Management/Fulfillment experience
- Understanding of the SIF process
- Strong Project Management Skills
