A entertainment and retail company has an open position for a Remote Customer Order Specialist in Toledo.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting customer through their purchases
- Educating customer about various products
- Providing an interaction that is fun, personal and creates loyalty
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be available to work either 2nd or 3rd shift
- Previous experience in order service and/or customer service
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to learn, retain and employ multiple order entry systems and support various brands
- Strong PC skills to include: Internet, Microsoft Windows, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills and a desire to build customer loyalty
