Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote Customer Outcomes Engineering Manager in Minneapolis.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintaining an advanced level of knowledge of the Jamf portfolio, related technologies, and integration strategies in an IT environment
  • Developing technical excellence and customer service expertise in staff
  • Managing recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, management, professional development of staff

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 4-year / Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience mentoring staff in either a managerial or non-managerial capacity. (Required)
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills
