Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Remote Customer Outcomes Engineering Manager in Minneapolis.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining an advanced level of knowledge of the Jamf portfolio, related technologies, and integration strategies in an IT environment
- Developing technical excellence and customer service expertise in staff
- Managing recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, management, professional development of staff
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4-year / Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience mentoring staff in either a managerial or non-managerial capacity. (Required)
